Position type: Permanent, Part Time, Term-Time - 30 hours per week

Remuneration: Level 3, Queensland Lutheran Schools Single Enterprise Agreement 2024

The Opportunity
¶¶Òõpro is seeking an experienced Administrator to ensure administrative assistance is provided to Learning Leads, teaching staff and students as required. The Curriculum Services Administration Assistant is part of the Curriculum Services Team (CST) and will be expected to develop and maintain an excellent and efficient service to all our stakeholders at Grace.

Qualifications, Certifications and Work-related Experience:

> Preferably a tertiary qualification at Certificate level (eg. Business Administration).
> Working with Children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain this accreditation.
> Demonstrated high level of competence using relevant software packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams/Sharepoint.
> Knowledge and prior use of the College Administration package (TASS) - desirable.
> Knowledge and experience within a School setting - desirable.
> Experience in EzeScan software (document and information capturing suite) is preferred but not essential.
> Highly adaptable to fast paced environment with changeable information, working under pressure.
> Working knowledge of general office and administrative procedures and equipment.
> Effective communication, organisation and planning skills and a high level of interpersonal skills for working in a small team.
> Demonstrated capacity for self-management, collaborative decision-making, and the ability to accept, promote and manage change in a positive manner.
