The Opportunity

The Wellbeing Lead is responsible for leading the holistic pastoral care and behaviour management programs for their designated year level. This role focuses on the social, emotional, and academic well-being of students, ensuring that they are supported in a safe and nurturing environment. By promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and responsibility, the Wellbeing Lead contributes to the overall positive learning environment of the College, fostering both individual student growth and a sense of community across the school. The Wellbeing Lead is expected to fully support, and convey to the students, the ethos of the College
